Abstract

Nomadic herders in northern Niger face unique challenges in accessing healthcare services due to their nomadic lifestyle. Village surveys were conducted from - to assess vaccination coverage and associated factors using logistic regression models. $OR = (a + b) / (c + d)$ where $OR$ is the odds ratio, $(a + b)$ represents vaccinated individuals who received services, and $(c + d)$ represents those who did not. Uncertainty in this estimate was quantified by a 95% confidence interval. Community health worker programmes significantly improved vaccination coverage among nomadic herders compared to non-participants. Continue and expand community health worker initiatives with targeted strategies for remote areas. Vaccination Coverage, Nomadic Herders, Community Health Workers, Logistic Regression
