Community health centres in Ghana play a crucial role in providing accessible healthcare services to underserved populations. However, their operational effectiveness and reliability are subject to scrutiny. A comprehensive search strategy was employed across multiple databases focusing on studies conducted between and . Studies were included if they utilised quasi-experimental designs with a focus on measuring system reliability indicators. Findings indicate that while many studies adopted similar methodologies, there is variability in the operational definitions of system reliability across different contexts, particularly regarding patient satisfaction and service continuity. The review highlights the need for standardised methodological approaches to ensure consistent measurement of system reliability within Ghana's community health centre systems. Future research should prioritise the development and implementation of a robust framework for measuring system reliability in community health centres, ensuring consistency across different settings.
