Abstract
Sustainable farming practices are crucial for maintaining soil health and productivity in mountainous regions like Rwanda's coffee-growing areas. This article employs socio-economic models to analyse existing data on farming practices and their impacts, without empirical research methods. The theoretical framework underscores the importance of farmer education and support systems for sustainable farming practices. Policy makers should invest in extension services that promote sustainable farming techniques among Rwandan coffee farmers.
