Abstract

Community health centres in Nigeria face challenges in delivering consistent clinical outcomes. A quasi-experimental assessment was conducted, comparing baseline data from 20 community health centres with post-intervention data. Clinical outcome measures included patient satisfaction scores and treatment efficacy rates. There was a significant increase in treatment efficacy rates by 15% (95% CI: 8-23%) across participating health centres, indicating improved clinical outcomes after the intervention. The quasi-experimental design demonstrated promising results for enhancing community health centre systems' effectiveness in Nigeria. Further research should focus on replicating these findings and exploring long-term sustainability of implemented improvements. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(pi)=\beta0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
