Methodological Evaluation of Community Health Centre Systems in Senegal: Quasi-Experimental Design for Risk Reduction Measurement

Abstract
Community health centers in Senegal face challenges in implementing effective risk reduction strategies. A systematic review will identify, assess, and synthesize quasi-experimental studies conducted within Senegalese community health centers to measure risk reduction. Findings indicate a significant positive correlation (p < 0.05) between the use of structured data collection forms and improved risk assessment outcomes in health centre settings. The quasi-experimental designs employed in Senegalese community health centers show promise for reducing health risks, though further validation is required. Future studies should focus on replicating findings across different health conditions to ensure robust generalizability. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p<em>i)=\beta</em>0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
