Methodological Assessment of Community Health Centre Systems in Uganda: A Randomized Field Trial for Risk Reduction Evaluation

Abstract
Community health centres in Uganda face challenges in delivering effective healthcare services. A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 150 randomly selected community health centers, measuring the effectiveness of new intervention protocols over six months. The proportion of patients receiving recommended treatment increased by 32% (95% CI: 18-46%) compared to baseline data. The new intervention protocols showed significant efficacy in reducing health risks among community members. Implement the successful intervention protocols across all community health centers and continue monitoring for sustained benefits. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p<em>i)=\beta</em>0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
