Methodological Evaluation of District Hospitals Systems in Uganda Using Quasi-Experimental Design for Clinical Outcomes Measurement

District hospitals in Uganda play a crucial role in healthcare delivery, yet their efficiency and effectiveness are often under-researched. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from patient outcomes with qualitative insights from hospital staff interviews. A significant improvement (p < 0.05) was observed in emergency response times across participating district hospitals, indicating a more efficient system. The quasi-experimental design proved effective for measuring clinical outcomes and improving the operational efficiency of district hospitals.
