Patient turnover rates and satisfaction scores are critical indicators for evaluating maternal health services in rural Senegal, particularly those provided through mobile clinics. A systematic literature review was conducted, employing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Studies were identified through electronic databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar. Mobile clinics in rural Senegal reported an average patient turnover rate of 35%, with satisfaction scores averaging 82% on a five-point Likert scale. Findings suggest that mobile clinics improve access to maternal health services, but variability exists across different regions and service providers. Further research should focus on understanding patient preferences for mobile clinic visits and exploring the long-term sustainability of these programmes. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
