Rural clinics in Tanzania face challenges in providing consistent quality healthcare services due to limited resources and staff training. Data from 100 rural clinics over two years were analysed using a fixed effects regression model. Uncertainty was addressed with robust standard errors. Clinics in remote areas had poorer patient recovery rates compared to those closer to urban centers (65% vs. 78%, p < 0.01). The panel data approach highlights regional disparities affecting rural healthcare quality, necessitating targeted interventions. Investment in infrastructure and training for remote clinics is recommended to improve patient outcomes.
