Methodological Evaluation of Community Health Centres Systems in Rwanda: Panel Data Estimation for Risk Reduction Assessment

This study evaluates the effectiveness of community health centers in Rwanda by analysing their impact on disease prevention. Panel data estimation techniques were employed to analyse the longitudinal data of community health centre patients. Robust standard errors were used for inference. An estimated proportion of 75% reduction in preventable diseases was observed among regular users, with significant variance across different geographical regions. Community health centers significantly contribute to risk reduction through preventive healthcare services.
