Abstract
In Mozambique's Zambezi Valley, women farmers face significant challenges in accessing credit and financing for their agricultural operations. The study will employ qualitative research methods such as interviews with key informants and focus group discussions to explore these dynamics. A theoretical framework is proposed to guide future research and policy interventions aimed at enhancing women farmers' access to finance. Policy makers should consider supporting the formation of farmer-led cooperatives as a strategy for improving credit accessibility for women in Mozambique's agricultural sector.
