A qualitative analysis of existing literature and stakeholder perspectives to identify key conflict drivers and mitigation mechanisms. The theoretical framework emphasizes the importance of equitable resource sharing and adaptive management strategies in mitigating future conflicts. Promote participatory governance models that include all affected stakeholders for sustainable water resource management.
