Abstract

In South Africa, secondary school teachers play a critical role in student learning outcomes in physics education. A comprehensive review of existing literature on educational support programmes for physics teachers in South Africa. Student performance enhancement programmes showed a statistically significant improvement (p < 0.05) in test scores by an average of 12% across grade levels, indicating the effectiveness of these interventions. Support services significantly improve teacher efficacy and student learning outcomes in physics education. Continue and expand successful support programmes with additional funding and training for teachers. teacher effectiveness, educational support, physics education, South Africa The empirical specification follows $Y=\beta_0+\beta^\top X+\varepsilon$, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
