Abstract

Public sector workplaces in Morocco face unique challenges due to political and economic factors, which can lead to occupational stress for employees. Theoretical development will be employed through a comprehensive literature review and expert consultation to outline key stressors and coping strategies relevant to Moroccan public sector employees. This theoretical framework provides a foundational understanding of the occupational challenges faced by public sector workers in Morocco and offers insights for future research and policy development. Future studies should focus on evaluating the effectiveness of proposed coping strategies, while policymakers can consider implementing interventions to mitigate workplace stress.
