Abstract

Aquaculture development in coastal West Africa has been a focus of interest for ensuring food security among local communities. No empirical data are used; this article employs qualitative analysis and literature review to construct its theoretical model. Theoretical insights underscore the need for integrated aquaculture and agricultural development strategies tailored to local conditions. Investment in infrastructure such as irrigation systems and water treatment facilities is crucial for sustainable aquaculture expansion. The empirical specification follows $Y=\beta_0+\beta^\top X+\varepsilon$, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
