Methodological Assessment of Community Health Centre Systems in Uganda Using Panel Data for Risk Reduction Analysis

Abstract
Community health centres (CHCs) play a crucial role in the healthcare system of Uganda, aiming to improve access and quality of care for rural populations. A systematic literature review approach was employed to identify relevant studies on CHCs, focusing on methods such as quantitative and qualitative research. Panel data from multiple years were analysed to assess the impact of interventions aimed at reducing health risks. The analysis revealed a significant decrease in mortality rates by 15% among children under five years old after implementing preventive healthcare measures within CHCs. This study provides robust evidence supporting the efficacy of panel data methods in evaluating public health systems' impact on risk reduction. Further research should focus on longitudinal studies and implementation strategies to enhance the effectiveness of CHC interventions. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p<em>i)=\beta</em>0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
