Abstract
Digital inclusion refers to the process of ensuring that all individuals have access to digital technologies and can utilise them effectively for education, employment, health care, and other essential services. N/A This theoretical framework highlights the importance of addressing digital divide through targeted interventions that consider socio-economic disparities. Policy makers should prioritise investments in broadband infrastructure and subsidize internet access costs for underserved communities.
