Abstract

Theoretical Framework for understanding device efficiency and revenue dynamics in smart water savings devices deployed in rural Mozambique villages. Not applicable for this theoretical framework paper. The theoretical framework elucidates the interplay between device efficiency and revenue dynamics, providing insights for policymakers aiming to optimise public investment in smart water solutions in resource-limited settings. Develop a comprehensive monitoring system to track device performance and adjust incentives accordingly. Implement targeted training programmes to enhance user understanding of efficient usage practices.
