Abstract
This study examines the impact of digital literacy training on immunization coverage among children in Northern Ghana. A comparative study design was employed with a mixed-methods approach including surveys, focus groups, and observations in two districts of Northern Ghana. Digital literacy training significantly increased child immunization coverage by 12% in the intervention group compared to the control group. The findings support the efficacy of digital literacy programmes in improving vaccination rates among parents in Northern Ghana. Public health initiatives should prioritise digital literacy training for parents as a means to enhance child immunization coverage.
