Resource allocation inequities in Angola have exacerbated environmental injustices affecting marginalized communities. Theoretical approach focusing on literature review, conceptual analysis, and comparative case studies. A deeper theoretical framework is essential to address persistent resource allocation inequities in Angola's context. Policy makers should prioritise community participation and equity-oriented resource management strategies.
