Abstract

Rwanda has undergone significant legal reforms to improve land tenure security since . A qualitative approach was employed through a review of legislative documents, court decisions, and expert interviews. Recent reforms have led to increased clarity in land ownership documentation across the country. The legal framework now better supports secure land tenure for both formal and informal sectors. Continue monitoring implementation and seek public engagement in policy development processes.
