Abstract

Theoretical Foundations of Labour Law and Workers' Rights in Ethiopia's Informal Economy Not applicable as a theoretical framework article does not involve empirical results or data collection methods. This theoretical framework outlines the critical need for comprehensive legal protections and regulatory measures to safeguard workers' rights in Ethiopia’s diverse economic landscape. Policy recommendations include strengthening labour law enforcement, promoting collective bargaining rights, and enhancing social protection programmes specifically tailored for informal economy workers.
