Youth engagement in law-making processes is a critical area of interest in Africa, particularly within Morocco's legal framework. This study employs a multidisciplinary approach combining jurisprudence, socio-legal studies, and policy analysis to explore youth's role within Morocco's legal system. This theoretical framework underscores the importance of fostering youth participation in law-making to ensure inclusive and equitable legal reforms that address contemporary socio-economic challenges. Policy makers are encouraged to implement structured mechanisms for youth engagement, such as youth councils or advisory bodies, to facilitate their active participation in legislative processes. Additionally, educational institutions should be involved in creating awareness about the importance of youth involvement in law-making.
