Abstract

Digital literacy programmes are crucial for enhancing digital skills among adult women in urban slums, where access to technology and information can be limited. Qualitative data collection methods were employed to gather insights from participants and stakeholders involved in digital literacy initiatives. Ethical considerations must be prioritised in digital literacy programmes to ensure equitable access and support for all participants, especially those from marginalized communities. Programmes should incorporate more device provision strategies and seek community partnerships to enhance long-term sustainability and effectiveness.
