Abstract

Translating African literature into global languages is a complex task that involves navigating cultural nuances and linguistic differences. No empirical data was collected; instead, theoretical frameworks are applied to analyse existing translation practices in Congo. While challenges persist, innovative strategies like intercultural workshops and community feedback loops are emerging as effective solutions for successful translation endeavors in Congo’s context. Adoption of these strategies can help bridge the gap between Congolese literature and global readership while preserving cultural integrity.
