Abstract
Afrofuturism is a cultural movement that explores alternative visions of African futures through art, literature, and other media. No empirical data were collected; instead, the analysis is theoretical and interpretive. Afrofuturism offers valuable insights into how Tanzanian society might navigate its socio-economic challenges of the early 2000s. Policy makers should consider incorporating Afrofuturistic themes in their strategic planning to enhance societal resilience and inclusivity.
