Methodological Assessment of District Hospitals' Systems in Ethiopia Using Panel Data for Clinical Outcome Evaluation

This study examines the effectiveness of district hospitals in Ethiopia by evaluating their clinical outcomes over a specific period. A meta-analysis approach will be employed, incorporating existing studies from district hospitals across Ethiopia. Panel-data regression models will be used to estimate the impact of various factors on clinical outcomes. The analysis revealed significant variations in patient recovery rates among different districts, with a notable difference in recovery rates between urban and rural areas (p < 0.05). This study highlights disparities in healthcare delivery across Ethiopia's district hospitals, emphasising the need for targeted interventions.
