Community health centres in South Africa face challenges in yielding optimal healthcare outcomes. A quasi-experimental design was employed to assess the impact of various interventions on healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction. Data were collected from 100 randomly selected centres over a six-month period. The analysis revealed that improvements in staff training (mean increase in patient satisfaction scores by 25%) significantly correlated with higher clinic efficiency, suggesting a potential pathway for enhancing service yield. This study highlights the importance of targeted interventions to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes within community health centres. The findings suggest that ongoing staff training programmes should be prioritised to further enhance service quality and patient care in South African community health centres. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
