Abstract

Digital cultural heritage in Kenya faces significant challenges due to limited resources such as electricity, internet access, and skilled personnel. The study will involve a review of existing literature and semi-structured interviews with stakeholders including local communities, government officials, and tech experts. Preserving digital cultural heritage requires a collaborative approach that integrates local knowledge with innovative technology adaptations. Develop culturally relevant educational programmes, support community-led initiatives, and advocate for policy changes to enhance digital preservation efforts in Kenya.
