Abstract
The Youth Vanguard in Ugandan Educational Reform examines the pivotal role of youth in educational initiatives within Uganda's context. No empirical data was collected as this is a theoretical analysis focusing on existing literature and case studies. While acknowledging the substantial efforts of young leaders, there is a need for more structured mentorship and policy support to maximise their potential contributions to Ugandan education reform. Enhanced training programmes and supportive policies are recommended to empower youth with the necessary skills and resources needed to lead educational reforms effectively.
