Abstract

Rural South African districts face significant challenges in providing quality education, particularly for female teachers who play a crucial role in shaping future generations. The study employed a mixed-methods approach involving surveys, interviews, and document analysis to evaluate programme implementation and outcomes. Female teachers who participated in the precision training programmes demonstrated an improvement rate of 20% in classroom management skills compared to baseline measures. Precision training programmes have shown promising results in enhancing teacher effectiveness but require further refinement to address specific challenges faced by rural educators. Programme developers should integrate more culturally relevant content and provide ongoing support for teachers to sustain improvements over time.
