Abstract
Language policy in Senegal, a multilingual nation, is crucial for educational governance to ensure equitable access to education across diverse linguistic communities. No empirical data will be used; instead, a conceptual analysis based on existing literature and theoretical frameworks will guide the development of this framework. Theoretical insights highlight the need for a more inclusive language policy that prioritizes mother-tongue education and equitable distribution of resources across linguistic groups. Develop a comprehensive educational reform plan that integrates mother-tongue instruction into curricula and allocates sufficient funding to support multilingual education initiatives.
