This article examines The Ethics of Foreign Intervention: Sovereignty, Human Rights, and Political Responsibility: Decolonial Reflections with a focused emphasis on Mali within the field of Sociology. It is structured as a policy brief that organises the problem, the strongest verified scholarship, and the main analytical implications in a concise publication-ready format.
