Abstract

Vocational training centres in Zimbabwe play a crucial role in providing skills-based education to young adults seeking employment opportunities. A theoretical framework will be developed based on existing literature, case studies, and expert insights without empirical data collection or analysis. Vocational training centres in Zimbabwe offer a valuable pathway for young people to acquire marketable skills and enter the workforce, though further research is needed to refine their effectiveness. Investment should be directed towards expanding these centres with more specialized programmes and continuous professional development opportunities for trainers.
