Abstract

Central African Guinea is endowed with significant natural resources, particularly in forestry, mining, and agriculture sectors. The analysis will employ a Political Economy framework to examine the roles of government policies, local communities, and international investors. There is evidence that subsidies provided by the Guinean government have led to uneven distribution benefits among rural populations, exacerbating income inequality. Policy reforms are needed to ensure equitable resource revenue distribution and sustainable development in Central African Guinea. Implement transparent governance structures, enhance local participation in decision-making processes, and improve transparency in subsidy allocation.
