Abstract
Gender dynamics in business have significant implications for economic development in sub-Saharan Africa, including Ghana. A comprehensive literature review and expert consultations were conducted to analyse gender-related issues in the business sector of Ghana. The findings highlight the need for targeted interventions that promote gender equality and inclusivity in business settings. Recommendations include implementing gender-sensitive training programmes and establishing mentorship initiatives to support women's career advancement.
