Methodological Evaluation of Secondary School Systems in Ethiopia Using Panel Data for System Reliability Assessment
Abstract
This study focuses on evaluating secondary school systems in Ethiopia by analysing panel data to assess system reliability. Panel data analysis will be employed to evaluate the reliability of secondary school systems. Robust standard errors will be used to account for potential heterogeneity and correlation within and between schools over time. The analysis revealed a significant variation in system performance, with some schools achieving higher reliability scores than others. This study highlights the need for targeted interventions to enhance the reliability of secondary school systems in Ethiopia. Specific recommendations will be provided based on the findings to improve educational outcomes and resource allocation. The empirical specification follows $Y=\beta_0+\beta^\top X+\varepsilon$, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
