Community-based maternal and child health clubs (CMCHCs) are established in many parts of northern Ghana to promote maternal and child health. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including quantitative surveys and qualitative focus group discussions (FGDs) among participants from CMCHC clusters in northern Ghana. During the study period, there was an increase of 20% in birth registration rates within the CMCHC clusters compared to control areas without such clubs. The findings suggest that CMCHCs have a positive impact on improving birth registration practices. Further research should be conducted to assess long-term effects and explore additional interventions for enhanced effectiveness. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
