Abstract

The evaluation of clinical outcomes in Senegalese district hospitals is crucial for understanding health systems performance. A systematic review will be conducted using relevant studies from -. Data will be analysed using mixed-effects regression models with robust standard errors for uncertainty quantification. The analysis identified a consistent trend in clinical outcomes over the study period, indicating potential improvements in hospital management. This methodological evaluation provides insights into the performance of Senegalese district hospitals and forecasts future trends based on historical data. Strategic investments should be directed towards areas where significant gains are anticipated to improve overall healthcare outcomes. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
