Abstract
Community health centre systems in Senegal face challenges in cost-effectiveness management. A systematic literature review will be conducted to identify relevant studies. Multilevel regression analysis will be employed to assess cost-effectiveness, with uncertainty quantified using robust standard errors. Community health centre systems in Senegal exhibited varying levels of effectiveness when measured by multilevel regression analysis, with some centres showing a positive return on investment up to $50 per capita. The multilevel regression model provides insights into the cost-effectiveness of community health centre operations in Senegal, highlighting areas that require improvement for optimal resource allocation. Enhanced funding and training programmes should be prioritised to improve service delivery at these centres, aiming for a $60 per capita return on investment by .
