Abstract

Adolescent sexual violence prevention programmes in rural Ethiopian communities are essential to address high rates of gender-based violence and promote health and well-being among adolescents. Not applicable A theoretical framework for engaging rural Ethiopian communities effectively in adolescent sexual violence prevention programmes is proposed based on existing evidence and best practices. Programme developers should prioritise community-level interventions that incorporate educational workshops, support groups, and policy advocacy to foster sustainable behavioural change.
