Abstract
The urban Ethiopian market presents a significant entrepreneurial opportunity for adolescent girls, who are often marginalized in traditional economic structures. Theoretical development through literature review and conceptual synthesis without empirical data collection or analysis. The theoretical framework underscores the importance of integrating cultural nuances into entrepreneurial support programmes to foster inclusive economic growth in urban Ethiopian markets. Develop culturally specific support services and conduct further empirical research to validate these theoretical insights.
