Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a critical component of business ethics that involves companies in their operations to contribute positively to society and the environment. The research employed a qualitative approach to analyse case studies of major multinationals active in Angola’s oil, gas, and minerals sectors. Data were collected through interviews with stakeholders and review of publicly available documents. A notable finding is the significant proportion (over 70%) of multinational corporations implementing CSR initiatives focused on environmental conservation and community development projects in Angola. Multinational corporations operating within Angola's natural resource sector are increasingly integrating CSR into their business strategies, with a particular emphasis on environmental stewardship and social welfare programmes. Given the positive trend observed, it is recommended that regulators and industry bodies encourage further expansion of CSR practices to ensure sustainable development in Angola’s resource-rich regions.
