Community health centres in Ghana are pivotal to healthcare delivery but face challenges in service yield. A randomized field trial was conducted across ten communities. Participants included patients and healthcare workers using a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews. In one randomly selected community, there was an observed increase in patient attendances by 15% post-intervention compared to baseline data (95% CI: 6-24%). The intervention highlighted the importance of staff training and improved infrastructure for enhancing service yield. Implementing standardised protocols and regular training sessions are recommended for sustained improvement in community health centre operations.
