Abstract

Health systems in African contexts often face unique challenges during epidemics due to resource limitations, infrastructure gaps, and cultural factors. Not applicable for a theoretical framework article; empirical data collection and analysis are not part of this study. This theoretical framework offers a structured approach for policymakers and practitioners aiming to strengthen health system resilience against future epidemics. Adopting the principles of this framework can lead to more effective and sustainable healthcare interventions in African contexts.
