Abstract
Ghana has a rich history of African philosophy that evolved post-colonially under various influences. A thematic analysis of historical texts and interviews with scholars from the field of African Studies. Themes emerged including a resurgence of traditional spiritual practices and a renewed emphasis on communal values in response to external pressures. Ghanaian African philosophy has adapted but remains deeply connected to its roots, providing a unique perspective for understanding contemporary African thought. Further research should examine the impact of globalization and technological advancements on Ghanaian philosophical discourse.
