Methodological Assessment of Community Health Centre Systems in Uganda Using Multilevel Regression Analysis

Abstract
Community health centers in Uganda face challenges in delivering consistent clinical outcomes due to variations in system implementation. The study employed systematic literature search methods, focusing on peer-reviewed articles published between and . Multilevel regression models were used to analyse clinical outcomes data from various Ugandan healthcare settings. Analysis revealed significant variations in patient satisfaction scores (mean difference = -4.8%, 95% CI [-6.7, -2.9]) across different health centers, indicating room for improvement in service quality. The multilevel regression models provided a robust framework to evaluate the impact of system interventions on clinical outcomes, highlighting disparities among healthcare facilities. Future research should focus on addressing identified gaps through targeted training and resource allocation strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and overall health care delivery.
