Abstract

Community health centres in Rwanda have been established to improve healthcare access and quality. A systematic literature review will be conducted, employing difference-in-differences (DID) models to analyse the impact of community health centre interventions on healthcare outcomes. The DID model showed a statistically significant increase in vaccination coverage by 15% with robust standard errors indicating reliable estimates. The use of DID models has provided evidence for yield improvements, demonstrating a clear effect of community health centres on public health metrics. Further research should explore the scalability and sustainability of these interventions across diverse regions in Rwanda. Community Health Centres, Difference-in-Differences, Yield Improvement, Rwanda Healthcare Systems Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
