Community health centres in Rwanda have been established to improve access to healthcare services, particularly for underserved rural populations. A randomized controlled trial was conducted among 50 randomly selected communities in Rwanda. Participants were assessed based on predefined health indicators before and after the intervention period. The analysis revealed a significant $p < 0.01$ decrease in childhood mortality rates (34% reduction) associated with enhanced community support services. This study demonstrates that targeted interventions can effectively reduce healthcare risks, particularly among vulnerable populations. Further research should focus on scaling up these successful models and incorporating technology to enhance service delivery efficiency.
