A comprehensive search strategy was employed across multiple databases including PubMed, Google Scholar, and local academic journals. Studies published between and were included if they met specific eligibility criteria related to gender-specific interventions for female domestic workers in Lagos, Nigeria. Findings indicate that while some studies highlighted the effectiveness of culturally tailored interventions, there is a significant dearth of research specifically addressing mental health needs among this vulnerable group. Despite the limited evidence available, findings suggest a need for more targeted and culturally sensitive mental health support programmes for female domestic workers in Lagos. Future studies should focus on developing and evaluating gender-specific interventions with robust design methodologies to better understand and address these workers' unique needs. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
